Mission
As Site Manager, you oversee the overall management of the Toulouse Innovation Center and play a central role in the site's dynamics and performance. You are responsible for ensuring smooth operations and creating a stimulating, safe and collaborative work environment. You operate at the heart of an international ecosystem and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders: local teams, regional management, global functions and external partners.

Oversee research activities:

Maintain an overall understanding of the site's research programmes and scientific activities

Manage, unite and develop teams:

Create a positive, collaborative and engaging work environment

Drive financial performance:

Own the site's budget and ensure rigorous, responsible resource management

Ensure safety and compliance:

Champion a strong Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture

Manage social relations and stakeholders:

Maintain quality social dialogue with the site's employee representative bodies

Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Represent the site with regional and international teams
Profil
Your profile:
Engineering degree or equivalent Master's level (Bac+5), with a minimum of 10 years' experience in management, including 5 years in an international environment. Non-linear career paths are welcome – what matters most is your ability to unite people, inspire teams and navigate complex environments.

You bring:

Significant experience in site management, operations, production, R&D or a similar environment

A strong management background and the ability to drive organisational change

A proven ability to lead transformation projects in complex, international contexts

Experience in budget management and financial stewardship, with the ability to drive a culture of diligent resource management

Familiarity with research or innovation environments, with the ability to engage meaningfully with scientific teams and programmes

Collaborative and unifying leadership, with a genuine results-driven mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A strong awareness of HSE issues and operational excellence

Full professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory – written and spoken
