Administrative, event and marketing assistant

Main Functions

In order to support the development of the portfolio for our Ruminant business, we are looking for a Administrative and marketing assistant for Ruminant.The Administrative and marketing assistant for Ruminant will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Ruminant Feed Additives and assist the Global Ruminant Marketing team.The candidate will support both Marketing coordinators on administrative tasks, event organization, digital marketing campaign preparation and market surveys.

His/her main missions will be:

Administrative and event support:

  • Support billing process and communication between services providers and accountancy service;
  • Support the Senior Marketing Coordinator in updating the document library (product documents, test summary documents, bibliographic collections...);
  • Take charge of operational marketing action logistics (special actions repartition, shipment and follow-up with territories);
  • Occasionally support in event organization and logistics.

Market intelligence:

  • Work with commercial sales team to gather information coming from customer label, creating a database, propose and applies the best way to share it back (picture library, AI searching system, );
  • Conduct market survey: gather data to support the market assessments, conduct market interviews, look for data sources.

Marketing support:

  • Digital:
  • Emailing campaigns: ensure the creation, execution and sending of internal and external emailing campaigns for the Ruminant team (knowledge of emailing tools and mailing list concepts);
  • Multi-channel campaign analysis and recommendation (internal and external communication): support the Ruminant team in analyzing campaign performance indicators (emailing opening, publication visibility...);
  • Print:
  • Update documents (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and improve the design of PowerPoint presentations.

Technical skills

Required

  • Advanced professional English
  • Rigor
  • Organization
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools: emailing tools, Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelor, BAC + 2/3 in company administration, management, marketing and market research

An asset

  • Ideally, master the basic functionalities of graphic design software of Adobe softwares (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)) and possibly ideo (Première, Lumen5, ...)
  • Marketing intelligence and marketing skills with interest in agronomy, agriculture or animal is a plus.
